Procrustes with fixed domains can be improved

In a fixed domains execution, the procrustes should operate in a different way. The fixed shapes should define the mean, their transforms should never be updated and the only the new shapes should be aligned to that pre-computed mean.

This is more principled regarding how a fixed shape model should operate and will be much faster.
