Expose cdot HGVS cleaning in hgvs_resolution_tool

Make it optional, but then show all the cleaning that is done

Can use this to test cdot functionality.

Eventually, we may want to wire in the fixes into more informative messages (eg in search) where we currently just return what the fixed string is, could identify what was done

@lhomas - This is live on Shariant test now - there is a tickbox "Fix HGVS before resolving"

If you could maybe start a spreadsheet of anything you find, or if not patient HGVSs etc (or you modify to be fake but still recreate), feel free to raise a cdot issue
