Argus creates a text-channel for every channel that it has issues with #20
If Argus has permission-issues with multiple Text-Channels and it has the ability to create channels, it creates a channel for each channel it has a problem with for each resync.
Possible fix: Everytime it tries to create this channel, Check if a channel called "argus" already exists.
