Hi, I tried to use the pyg version of STAGATE for denoising, and it seems that this method does not work with the bug described above. Would you please help me investigate it? Thanks.

Is the problem solved? Can you show your problem in more detail? I guess you seem to be using the TensorFlow version of the call, which supports the cell type-aware module, and you don't seem to notice that the cell type-aware module has not been supported by STAGATE_pyG yet in the README
