Clarification to solution of question 6 in FastQ Sequences problem set

For question 6 in the FastQ sequences problem set, it says to filter file to only nonduplicated sequences but doesn't the answer provided filter to only duplicated sequences??

We went through this in class and pointed out the backwards step here of keeping rather than removing when we ran through exercises together.
I'll update the exercise solution.
