Features of such "fictional" character

• no command line
• no API
• wants to get typical neuroimaging analyses done (efficiently, etc)
• would be particularly concerned with Privacy/anonimization (Patient data)
• might want to collaborate with "The Applied Neuroimager"
• might have "Research Software Engineer" (or sysadmin) to provide basic support for deployment

ideally should be exposed through some web UI, ideally from ingesting data from PACS, enhancing with metadata (demographics, experimental design, etc), converting to BIDS, doing typical workflow.
