Feature Request: Expose calculated Energy (kWh) entities for EM16P

Hi!
I am using the Refoss EM16P. Currently, the integration exposes Power (W) sensors, but no corresponding "Total Consumption" (kWh) sensors suitable for the Home Assistant Energy Dashboard.

Users currently have to manually create 18 Riemann Sum helpers to get this working.

Suggestion:
Could you implement an internal calculation in the integration that automatically exposes a total_increasing energy sensor (kWh) for each channel? This would make the device "plug-and-play" for the Energy Dashboard.

I just got a EM16P and have the same issue. Every other energy device has a cumulative Total kWh sensor which integrates well with the homeassistant energy dashboard, but this integration does not offer this standard feature. Today's, This week's and this month's energy don't integrate with the homeassistant energy dashboard. Please add this to the integration.
