RimVali wall decorations cannot be placed

Describe the bug
Some decorational items like the dream catcher, wall tapestry, and probably others that seem like they are meant to be placed onto a wall deconstruct the wall.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior: Try to place them.

Expected behavior
They are placed over the wall.
