Resubmission

This is a resubmission. In this version we have:

• Updated the type "psych" in the EFA() and EFA_AVERAGE() function according to recent changes in the psych package
• Updated the default type "EFAtools" in the EFA() and EFA_AVERAGE() functions
• Small bug fixes
