fix(frontend): delete stale vendor-cytoscape-*.js build artifacts

The 3 pre-compiled Cytoscape vendor chunks were still tracked in the
repository tree after cytoscape/cytoscape-dagre were uninstalled.
Remove them so dead Cytoscape code is not shipped to users.
