typo in boards.txt

In the menu section:

"WisCoreRAK4631Board.debug.l1.build.debug_flags=-DCFG_DEBUG=1"

should read

"WisCoreRAK4631Board.menu.debug.l1.build.debug_flags=-DCFG_DEBUG=1"

Similarly for the other two board types
