bug(ui): Preferences CheckboxListTile under DecoratedBox (Flutter 3.44)

Part of epic #490 (post-motion UI polish).

Problem

Opening Preferences on Flutter 3.44+ throws:

ListTile background color or ink splashes may be invisible.
The ListTile is wrapped in a DecoratedBox that has a background color.

CheckboxListTile (contentPadding: zero, auto-update toggle) sits under the dialog Container with opaque BoxDecoration(color: popover, border, radiusXxl). Observed in local debug as assert spam + app disconnect.

Proposal

Prefer Preferences dialect: Row + Checkbox + label/subtitle (no ListTile).
Or wrap the control in Material(type: transparency) so the ancestor walk stops before the chrome DecoratedBox.

Longer term: dialog card as Material(color: popover, …) so future list controls are safe.

• Auto-update checkbox still toggles and persists
• Reduced / Off motion unaffected
