docs: Update presentation for action-translation rename

Summary

The presentation files in docs/presentations/ still reference the old name action-translation-sync.

Files to Update

• docs/presentations/action-translation-sync.md - Rename to action-translation.md
• docs/presentations/action-translation-sync.html - Regenerate
• docs/presentations/action-translation-sync.pdf - Regenerate (if exists)
• docs/presentations/build.sh - Update file references
• docs/presentations/README.md - Update documentation

Changes Needed

1. Rename source file from action-translation-sync.md to action-translation.md
2. Update content to reflect:
   • New repository name
   • New mode input (required: sync or review)
   • Review mode functionality
   • Updated PR labels (action-translation instead of action-translation-sync)
3. Regenerate HTML/PDF outputs
4. Update build script and README

Context

This is a follow-up to the v0.7.0 release which renamed the repository from action-translation-sync to action-translation and added review mode.

Low - presentation is not actively used
