feat: add LLM settings page with provider management

- Implemented LlmSettings component for managing LLM providers. - Added functionality to add, edit, delete, and test LLM providers. - Integrated Zustand for state management of LLM configuration. - Created API service for LLM interactions including fetching and setting configurations. - Defined types for LLM providers and chat messages. - Established a watcher for external configuration changes.
