Add support for Robot Simulation

We need to be able to test the code, without having to wait on a robot being created. This issue is likely more of a "want", than an "absolutely need to have," though is still a good idea to look into.

What about Maplesim by team 5516? I was working on it a couple months ago, and it seems to be a viable physics simulator
