PromQL coverage: support spatial filters (label matchers) in query acceleration

asap-planner-rs and asap-query-engine do not handle queries with label matchers (e.g. `quantile by (job) (0.99, http_request_duration{env="prod"})`). These are common in real workloads and required for meaningful drop-in coverage.
