Re-organize code in repo to be more OSS friendly

- Rename ArroyoSketch, Controller, QueryEngineRust, CommonDependenices, PrometheusExporters (will need changes in Utilities, README, quickstart, asap-cli)?
- Move/Remove Utilities, ExecutionUtilities, PrometheusClient, prometheus-benchmark?
- Maybe have top-level directories like `asap-controller`, `asap-queryengine`, `asap-arroyo`, `asap-arroyosketch`, `asap-bench`, etc etc?
