Goal

Create examples/internal-hr-agent/ showing an internal-facing HR Q&A assistant evaluated against EU AI Act employment-context policies, GDPR Article 22 / Article 6 considerations, and the global fairness baseline.

Why this matters

Internal HR AI is one of the most-asked-about deployment patterns and has a different risk profile from candidate-screening (because employees are the data subjects, not applicants). A documented example helps separate the two cases.

Files likely involved

  • New: examples/internal-hr-agent/ (six-file shape)
  • examples/README.md table entry

Acceptance criteria

  • Contract with 6-10 interactions: leave policy questions, sensitive-topic refusals, escalation-to-human paths
  • policy_config.yaml selecting eu_ai_act + global + corporate operational
  • Metadata declares employee-data retention + access policy
  • expected_report.md covers refusal of medical-condition guidance, refusal of compensation-comparison queries, and grievance-routing
  • Honest scope: works councils / employee representatives must be consulted in many EU jurisdictions before deployment
