I would like to donate the PostHog OpenFeature provider

Description

After forking some of my other PostHog related work. I would like to donate the OpenFeature provider to PostHog. As it's a great benefit to PostHog to support OpenFeature and I think it's best for the vendor to maintain than a single maintainer:

I also have a non-public version of the OpenFeature provider for the web.

Hi @weyert,

So sorry for the delay in response! And thank you for your hard work on this OpenFeature provider, and we would be happy to take ownership of this project!

Just to set expectations upfront: my team would be happy to take this on, but we're currently at capacity to support it actively until we bring on an additional team member (planned for Q3, but hiring isn't deterministic). Therefore, our short-term plan would be to release it with a beta label initially, and then expand support and features as our bandwidth allows.

If you're good with that approach, let's move forward. Could you let me know what the transfer process looks like on your end? I can coordinate with our team on the PostHog side to make sure we're ready to receive it.

Also, you mentioned having a web version - we'd potentially be interested in that as well once we get the Node version settled.
