The DEVELOPMENT.md is not opening

I am trying to contribute to Posnic and i was reading the docs but when i reached the development.md it is not opening.

The broken link you encountered may have pointed to the wrong branch or resolved docs/DEVELOPMENT.md relative to an existing docs/ path, producing docs/docs/DEVELOPMENT.md. Current documentation should link to DEVELOPMENT.md from inside docs/, or docs/DEVELOPMENT.md from the repository root.
