Incorrect Margin Fee display for Pool [EUR] #3

Hello PoolTool Team,
I am writing to report a data synchronization issue regarding the Margin (Variable Fee) for my stake pool: EUR.
Problem Description:
The margin fee displayed on PoolTool is currently 19.50%, whereas the correct value registered on-chain is 1.95%. It appears there is a decimal displacement or a parsing error following our recent pool certificate updates.
Evidence and Context:
Current Epoch: The correct margin of 1.95% is correctly reported by other explorers such as Adastat and Cexplorer.
Recent Transactions: * Previous Update (Epoch 613 / Slot 254096): 19.50% (This was a mistake).
Latest Update (Epoch 613 / Slot 255757): 1.95% (The intended current value).

Expected Behavior:
The "Variable Fee" field on the PoolTool dashboard should reflect the latest on-chain certificate value of 1.95%.
