Extend AutoModeration message actions to match /report functionality

Currently, the AutoModeration feature only deletes messages by default. It would be useful to have the same action options available as with the /report command (ban, ban_all, etc.) directly from the AutoModeration message menu.

Proposed solution: Add buttons/menu options to AutoModeration messages that allow moderators to choose additional actions like ban, ban_all, etc., similar to the /report command interface.
