Show the pokemonsdk version of the psdk-cli as global version in `psdk-cli version`

In #21 it was implemented as the Pokémon Studio's PSDK version which is wrong. The Pokémon Studio's PSDK version matter for project version or psdk-use command. The psdk-cli version should reports the global PSDK version as the ~/.psdk-cli/pokemonsdk version. It should also show git information (as for the project).

Acceptance criteria

• The psdk-cli clones pokemonsdk in ~/.psdk-cli/pokemonsdk from https://gitlab.com/pokemonsdk/pokemonsdk.git
• The global PSDK version is reported as the one located in ~/.psdk-cli/pokemonsdk
• The psdk-cli version command also reports git information about ~/.psdk-cli/pokemonsdk
