ALAC files not appearing until "minimum song duration" is set to 0

ALAC (Apple Lossless) files in .m4a are not recognized or played. The tracks do not appear in the music library list.

Phone: Samsung Galaxy S24 Android 16 OneUI 8.5.

in settings of PixelPlayer ALAC says no decoder supported.
