[Bug]: Delayed Updation of Music Details

Description

Whenever, song details, credits, or lyrics are changed or updated, the app doesnt automatically updates it in the page view (already updated in background), rather the changes look visible only after the app is shut down and reopened.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open the app
2. Go to the list of songs (all or playlist)
3. Go to any song
4. Go to options
5. Go to info section
6. Change any field data (or even delete song)
7. Go back to the song list
8. No updates visible
9. Go to info section
10. Updates look visible (but not visible in the list.
11. Exit the app and restart
12. Go to the same list
13. All changes are now visible.
