Add support for paying to xpub

Related to #90 but not necessarily a prerequisite depending how on we do this.

There's lots of questions around this one about the implementation details but it's certainly something we want to do.

We can likely get Cashtab supporting this as well, as in be able to import a wallet's xpub from the browser extension directly into PayButton.
