Update to Svelte 5 #680
Description
We successfully delayed this for a while but now there are a bunch of security alerts with Svelte 4 and at some point we'll also miss updates of other dependencies. It should still be compatible with our Svelte 4 components, but there were problems with other dependencies when trying this locally.
