ViaFacet currently targets ViaVersion 4.3.0, which is outdated.
Currently running the plugin on a server with ViaVersion 5.4.2 gives this debug log: Skipped facet: net.kyori.adventure.platform.viaversion.ViaFacet$Chat@3d158e1
Modern clients receive downsampled colors instead of modern ones.
By supporting ViaVersion 5 colored messages should reappear correctly.
