Add remote-component-starter example for vite

Hi @joelnet,

I would like to update the starter tutorial so there could be better developer experience and shorter onboarding time.

Currently the starter is a little outdated, only supports webpack 4. It also needs to install a bunch of loader dependencies
I have created a more recent version using vite 8, the dependencies are all inclusive, and I hosted it here https://stackblitz.com/edit/vitejs-vite-a6pjehfw?terminal=dev

If you have time could you please play around with it and update the starter template? This would help more people who want to try this library in the future.

Just wanted to say thank you for providing the stackblitz. I was looking at doing this using vite and was wondering how to configure it
