Implement Support for All Resource Types

This is currently not working and ignored in the resolver.

Specifically,

• $tmpdir
• $tmpfile
• $logfile (this was added to try to help separate stdout and stderr which should be minimal, from verbose logging)

I believe $tmpdir is implemented now.
