[ECD UI]: Multiple Error Message Popups in Login Screen when Login fails

Actual Behaviour - When I try to login to MCD Login Screen, if login fails, two error message popups are displayed and the error messages are not correct

Expected Behaviour - Single Error message should be displayed with meaningful Error Message
