feat: Integrate with EPIC and mark rooms as unavilable when remediations are scheduled

When remediations are scheduled for equipment that has its own room (e.g, imaging devices), mark the room as unavailable in EPIC. This will help ensure clinicians are made aware of upcoming downtime
