PCAP needs to be updated to include cpe's

To replicate:

• go to branch viper-docker-from-main
• make sure you copy over .env.example to .env!

Desired behavior:

PCAP has assets with the following cpe's:

• cpe:2.3:h:gehealthcare:brightspeed_elite_select:-:::::::*
• cpe:2.3:h:philips:intellivue_mp5:-:::::::*

Current:

• pcap hasn't been modified in 3 days (at time of writing)
• pcap uses philips CT, not GE
