Next 3-day focus:

Day 1: pressure-test the four v0.1 drafts.

• bounty template
• proof receipt schema
• reviewer rubric
• human/agent submission format

Day 2: turn the strongest feedback into one tighter v0.1 pass.

• remove vague fields
• separate verification from reward state
• add missing anti-gaming rules
• keep token/settlement language out of the critical path

Day 3: identify the first real candidate bounties.

• one math / Lean candidate
• one AI eval reproducibility candidate
• one agent tooling candidate
• one receipt/example cleanup task

Still discussion-first. Small proposals beat big vague PRs right now.
