Request to expose more ORE classes to python

Hi ORE team,

I understand currently only the QuantExt classes defined in https://github.com/OpenSourceRisk/ORE-SWIG/tree/master/QuantExt-SWIG/SWIG are accessible in python. And I believe it will be a good idea to extend this to more of those classes. I wanted to see if you're open to accepting the requests. If it helps, I can share a pull request myself with the extended implementation.
