Deliverable: a stable sketch API and CAN wire format — after this, a breaking change means 2.0. Released before Phase 6 panel work (Right_Navigation).

Needs: "Base boards Rev 2 + soak test rig" and Firmware v0.2.0 (the PDU is on the soak bus)

Window (blackout Oct 30–Nov 6) — decided at the Oct 21 go/no-go, on whether the Rev 0.2.0 boards have arrived:

• Path A: soak Oct 26–29 · fixes / re-soak Nov 7–13 · tag Nov 13
• Path B: soak Nov 9–15 · fixes / re-soak Nov 16–21 · tag by Nov 22 (due date)
