c.70 songs with an anacrusis in which that first measure given as 1 but should be 0 (i.e. 'excluded from bar count').

Automatically identified and manually fixed.

Should all be resolved in the next update from the MuseScore.com collection version of record.

@shoogle I thought we fixed this I identified error cases an DR fixed them manually.
