Scan does not upload

I'm not seeing any status or progress after clicking Upload and both "Refresh" and "Upload" are grayed out so I can't try again.

Raspberry Pi 4 Model B Rev 1.5 running the 2024-08-21 software.

what happens after restarting the device? it takes a bit for the files to being prepared and uploaded.
