shown, active low reset and sleep tied together, does guarantee these pins are, or are not floating high or low.
for your consideration: tie in active low pins reset and sleep to the other 5VDC tied high pins MS1,2,3, to guarantee they are not active.

Alternatively, Wire in a switch tied high through a resistor, and switch to GND, or GPIO to control their activation.
