Bridge Setup: openmouse-bridge running via user systemd service

Issue Description

When connecting the Incott Esports G23 V2 Pro to OpenMouse via WebHID (both standalone browser and through openmouse-bridge), the device successfully pairs and opens the HID interface, but fails to read or write any device parameters.

DPI, Polling Rate, Battery Percentage, and Debounce show as 0, null, or Identity unavailable. SettingsReady and valuesVerified remain false. The UI displays a status note indicating that the HID collection never answered and that wired mice expose a second identical-looking collection that does not work.

This issue persists across both Chromium and Firefox browsers, and occurs in both wired mode (PID 0x622C) and when connected via the included 8K wireless receiver (PID 0x522C).
