Airports table in package airportr 0.1.3 needs an update

It occured to us that the airports table in the package had the IATA code PRN associated to "Serbia" and not to "Kosovo" as it should be.

The IATA code BER for the new airport in Berlin is also missing in that table.

The airports dataset in this package is usairports, is it possible this issue was meant for https://github.com/dshkol/airportr?
