Reusable component that contains preset cascade options, a customizeable cascade, and a preview of the API call to be made.

Created the CascadeSelector reusable component at src/components/common/CascadeSelector.jsx.

Component features:

• 4 presets via dropdown: None | Source Mappings | OpenMRS | Custom
• Transform checkbox (default unchecked): appends transformReferences=openmrs_concept_reference to any cascade. Includes a ? tooltip icon explaining when to use it.
• Custom params form (collapses open): method, mapTypes, excludeMapTypes, cascadeLevels, returnMapTypes
• API call preview (collapsible toggle): shows the full PUT /:owner/collections/:collection/references/ request with query string and JSON body, updating live as collection and cascade options change. Double-slash bug on collection URLs is handled.

Props:

• onChange(params) — callback with current cascade params object
• conceptUrl — concept URL used to build the request body preview
• collectionUrl — collection URL used to build the endpoint line in the preview
• showPreviewDefault — whether API preview is open by default (default: false)
