When loaded over HTTPS, page fails #52
Description
One of the top results on google is the https version of this site - unfortunately, the stamen etc tiles don't load.
Consider either:
- Detecting and redirecting to the http version or;
- Loading resources protocol agnostic - ie //stamen.com instead of either http://stamen.com or https://stamen.com - that will use whatever the current protocol is.
