Add a `finished: false` parameter to the frontmatter

Some chapters are not finished and display a message like this one (e.g. https://openresource.dev/guide/creating-your-own-open-source-project/legal-considerations):

This could probably be handled by a new finished: false parameter to use in the frontmatter.
