[Feature Request]: Remove Pack Lock does not delete the relevant section from *.cbuild-pack.yml

The button Remove Pack Lock is blocked. It does not delete the relevant section for this pack from *.cbuild-pack.yml.

The reason why it is locked, is that 2.2.0 is not installed yet. It looks like the user has just updated version in the dialog for SDS.csolution.yml to @^2.0.0 but this update is not saved, therefore 2.2.0 not installed. Please note that this update will automatically force an update of the cbuild-pack.yml file because the updated conditions cannot be resolved by the pack versions listed.
The current dialog does not make this clear.

I suggest to make the hover over text dynamic:

• Remove lock in [link] SDS.cbuild-pack.yml to use latest installed pack version.
• Uses already latest installed pack version in [link] SDS.cbuild-pack.yml
