[Bug]: `cpackget update` command does not list version in message

Is there an existing issue for this?

Current Behavior

Running cpackget update is missing the version in the output INFO message

I: Pack "Keil.STM32L4xx_DFP@" is the latest pack version and is already installed

Expected Behavior:

I: Pack "Keil.STM32L4xx_DFP@3.1.0" is the latest pack version and is already installed

latest public version:

cpackget list -p -f L4xx_DFP
I: Listing packs from the public index, filtering by "L4xx_DFP"
I: Keil::STM32L4xx_DFP@3.1.0 (installed)
