How to install a plugin from github repo

TW5-ServerImages is a very important plugin for management of extended media resources using TW5.

I'm familiar with two methods of installing any TW5 plugin:

1. via library from the Control Panel
2. via drag-and-drop a proper plugin link from another wiki

However, in this point I've stumbled because neither method above doesn't work.

Please advice the way out from this dead-lock.

Occasionally found the plugin installed at https://www.ooktech.xyz:8443/.

However, having installed it in my wiki (by drag-and-drop) under Bob.exe I have not noticed any changes in saving images.

Have I missed something important?

I'd be grateful for your reply.
