[o-list-picker] Search dialog on mobile

What is the current behavior?

Using a o-list-picker component on mobile phones or tablets. When list dialog is shown the quckfilter search input requests focus so the keyboard is shown on screen and pull all to top.

Steps to reproduce

Use a o-list-picker with filter enabled on a mobile phone.
