Position of "Next" button jumps around during tour on desktop

I noticed this because I kept the cursor still in order to continually click next, only to have it click "Share" instead because the button had moved. I would suggest keeping the bottom of the tour window fixed to one place even if the top is resized, because that's where all the buttons are.

This was intentional (but yes, a bit terrible). The alternatives were:

• A bottom-justified tour window, which looks very off-centre
• A minimum-height to tour windows, which eats up tree viewing space
• A different design entirely: Tour controls in a tray at the bottom of the screen (as with mobile), but with the pop-up content broken out.

I suspect this isn't quite as irritating for users (as they'll be studying the content) as it is tour developers (who will be flicking through tours all day), but it's still worth sorting.
