[Feature]: Add Scroll Animations to Sections

Use CSS animations or a lightweight JS library to animate elements when scrolling.

Requirements:

• Add fade-in, slide-up, or zoom-in effects.

• Apply them to headings or section divs.

• Keep animations smooth and minimal.
